Job Summary

We are seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our team. As a Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for creating an awesome experience for our customers, donors, and team members. You will work in a fast-paced retail environment, providing excellent customer service, processing donations, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service to our customers, donors, and team members
Process donations and maintain a clean and organized store environment
Work effectively in a team environment to achieve sales and customer service goals
Participate in visual merchandising and store displays
Maintain a safe and healthy work environment
