Job Title: Customer Care Advocate

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Care Advocate to join our team at Tailored Management. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Job Summary:

The Customer Care Advocate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information on defined benefit pension plans. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide information on defined benefit pension plans, including account maintenance and beneficiary support
  • Work with customers to resolve complex issues and provide solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of call center experience or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of experience with Windows-based operating systems
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
