About the Role

The SF Staffing Solutions is seeking a highly motivated Clinical Sales Professional to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven individual to grow current business and target new opportunities in the healthcare industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales through effective pre-call planning, post-call analysis, and consistent follow-up with existing and prospective clients.
  • Target and secure new business opportunities by building strong relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Provide expert support and guidance to both new and existing accounts, ensuring seamless service delivery.
  • Increase discretionary business by leveraging insurance access and partnerships.
  • Collaborate with Physician Account Managers on complex issues, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining excellent customer satisfaction.
  • Leverage company resources, including data, sales portals, target lists, marketing materials, laboratory resources, and regional or national assets, to drive sales growth.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of connectivity products, including Care 360, e-orders, e-prescribe, and other relevant solutions.
  • Presentation and proposal development skills are essential for presenting customized solutions to clients.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations at all times.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Life Sciences.
  • Five years of experience in sales or account ownership, with a proven track record of success.
  • Residency within close proximity to the territory is mandatory.
  • A valid driver's license and a good driving record are required.
  • Ability to travel for extended periods (2-3 weeks) for training and other business needs.

Estimated Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on location and experience. Compensation will be commensurate with qualifications and performance.
