About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Acoustical Consultant to join our Environment & Health division at Ramboll. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading projects involving environmental noise assessments, noise mitigation design, and acoustical specification.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leading projects involving environmental noise assessments, noise mitigation design, and acoustical specification.
  • Completing project noise analyses that include acoustical modeling and mitigation design/specification.
  • Leading sound level surveys and related field work in various environments.
  • Critically reviewing and interpreting environmental regulations affecting project siting, design, construction, and operation.
  • Preparing reports and communicating results to clients.
  • Growing client relationships.
About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with a strong background in acoustical consulting. You will have a B.S. or M.S. in an Engineering, Science, or Mathematics related major, and 5 to 10 years of experience in acoustical consulting, preferably with a focus on environmental noise assessments.

You will have strong written and oral communication skills, solid skills with office software tools, and environmental acoustical modeling software skills. You will also have demonstrated capabilities in understanding and applying environmental regulations to real-world situations, excellent analytical and organizational skills, and the ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
