  • Deliver exceptional customer service and develop strong relationships with customers throughout the loan process.
  • Present financial solutions that meet customers' needs and goals.
  • Partner with local businesses to seek out and develop new customers.
  • Manage the life cycle of the loan, including collections activities, and comply with all laws and regulations.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Sales, collections, or customer service experience.
  • Bilingual - Spanish.

We offer a competitive salary range of $18.00-$22.00, based on skills and work experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including health and wellbeing options, 401(k) matching, and tuition reimbursement.
