**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst - Client Reporting Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Client Finance team, you will be responsible for providing financial business support to client teams within Digitas and other US agencies.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Partner with Client Finance team to create reports by Client covering key financial metrics.
  • Work closely with client teams to ensure consistent process supports and reporting needs, including staff utilization.
  • Prepare weekly or monthly client reporting based on SAP data.
  • Partner with billing, production, and client teams to ensure client report accuracy.
  • Resolve client reporting-related questions and requests.

**Client Profitability**

  • Prepare client profitability reporting on a monthly basis.
  • Work closely with Client Finance Manager and client teams to analyze issues and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Partner with client teams to implement profitability improvement strategies.

**Client Forecasts**

  • Work closely with Client Finance Manager to prepare client revenue forecasts.
  • Submit client revenue forecasts in HFM in accordance with Publicis Groupe deadlines.
  • Contract Management
  • Ensure Agency is in compliance with current contractual guidelines.
  • Partner with client teams on consistent process implementation across all aspects of client-related finance matters.
  • Assist Client Finance teams with various audit requests throughout the year as required.

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a similar field.
  • Relevant internship experience and/or 1+ years of work experience considered.
  • Strong technical skills, especially Microsoft Excel (Vlookups, Pivot Tables, etc.).
  • Strong preference for Boston area candidates.
  • Comfortable digging through large volumes of reporting for key operational findings.
  • Ability to maintain and grow positive client relationships.
  • Self-motivation to work independently.
  • Ability to collaborate and work in a team environment.
