Compensation: $16.50 / Hour - Weekly Pay
Position: Full-Time Safety and Security Specialist - No Experience Required
Assistance Available for Guard Card Acquisition
Must be Willing to Work Outdoors and Capable of Standing & Walking for Extended Periods
As a Safety and Security Specialist, you will protect and serve clients across various sectors, including Commercial Real Estate, Healthcare, Education, and Government.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service by implementing safety and security protocols, adhering to site-specific policies, and executing emergency response procedures when necessary.
- React to incidents and critical situations with composure and effective problem-solving skills.
- Conduct routine and random patrols of the premises and surrounding areas. Be prepared for varying work environments and conditions based on client requirements.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
- Applicants will undergo a background check in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Allied Universal® will consider qualified applicants with criminal histories in accordance with applicable laws.
- Drug screening will be a condition of employment, as permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements may vary based on state and/or local laws and regulations and may need to be fulfilled prior to employment.
*A valid driver's license is required for driving roles only.
