Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
In this dynamic and collaborative environment, your duties will include:
  • Delivering prompt and courteous service to all banquet attendees.
  • Setting up and preparing banquet spaces, including arranging tables, linens, and necessary dining ware.
  • Serving food and beverages efficiently during events.
  • Addressing guest inquiries regarding menu items and buffet selections.
  • Collaborating with the Banquet Captain and other team members to ensure smooth operations.
  • Assisting with additional tasks as directed by supervisors.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:
  • Prior experience in food and beverage service, hospitality, or event catering.
  • A strong understanding of food and beverage pairings.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with diverse teams and guests.
  • A passion for creating memorable experiences for others.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Food Handler Certification (if applicable).
