Job Summary

The Inventory Control Clerk is responsible for ensuring the accurate and efficient management of inventory within the warehouse. This includes conducting daily cycle counts, tracking inventory levels, and investigating discrepancies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct daily cycle counts of finished goods in the shipping warehouse
  • Collect and analyze data from Re-Pack stations and shipping documents
  • Identify and verify FIFO storage locations and scanning accuracies
  • Work independently in a fast-paced environment and replenish materials as needed
  • Support the Inventory Control Lead on continuous improvement projects
  • Report discrepancies and damaged products to the Inventory Control Lead
  • Assist with inventory inspection logs, system-based reports, and shipping documents
  • Investigate production errors and conduct cycle counts of all materials
  • Assist with receiving warehouse transfers and discrepancies
  • Count daily receipts at the manufacturing plant and verify materials received
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of experience in warehouse inventory control, preferably in the food industry
  • Detail-oriented and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work up to 10 hours on weekdays and Saturdays as needed
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish, excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Basic math skills and knowledge of SAP or WMS systems
