Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain training programs that align with organizational objectives across various departments.
- Coordinate training schedules for new employees and ongoing training for existing staff, adapting to changes in Revenue Cycle operations.
- Conduct training sessions, both in-person and virtually, ensuring staff are well-versed in Practice Management software and Revenue Cycle best practices.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives and identify areas for improvement through on-site assessments.
- Collaborate with Revenue Cycle Leadership and Health Center Management to standardize processes and workflows across affiliates.
- Develop standard operating procedures and create documentation for updates to Revenue Cycle policies.
- Work closely with Information Technology to enhance billing workflows and address system-related issues.
- Provide ongoing support and feedback to staff, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.
- Engage in continuous learning to stay updated on industry regulations and practices.
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Education, Health Education, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
- A minimum of two years of experience in delivering training programs and in Revenue Cycle operations within a healthcare environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- A commitment to serving diverse populations and promoting inclusivity.
Work Schedule
This is a full-time position with a standard workweek. Flexibility may be required to accommodate training sessions and meetings.
