About the Role

Aston Carter is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team as a Workplace Experience Receptionist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to employees and guests of our designated building.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide world-class customer service to employees and guests, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for all individuals entering the facility, greeting them with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Issue visitor and parking passes, follow security protocols, and escort visitors to the proper location.
  • Make a memorable first impression by answering the telephone professionally, creating presentations, and speaking to various-sized groups.
  • Arrange and confirm recreational, dining, and business activities on behalf of requestors.
  • Approve janitorial or maintenance work orders as needed, and address issues with vendors or staff.
  • Resolve inquiries or complaints from employees, guests, and co-workers, providing solutions in a professional and customer service-driven manner.
  • Oversee support for the team, including office supply management, meeting coordination, and equipment care.
  • Review customized client materials to ensure they follow brand guidelines.
  • Follow property-specific security and emergency procedures, and notify management to ensure the safety of all individuals in the building.
  • Follow specific directions from the manager and work under minimal supervision.
  • Gather and analyze data to identify and solve complex problems with little or no precedent.
  • Impact your own team and other closely related teams, suggesting improvements to existing processes and solutions to improve team efficiency.
  • Evaluate and communicate unusual and/or complex content concisely and logically.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 3-4 years of job-related experience (Receptionist/Administrative Support)
  • Comprehensive understanding of a range of processes, procedures, systems, and concepts within the job function
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Work Environment:

This is a fully on-site position in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Standard M-F 8am - 5pm. Interview: One virtual interview. Potential to Convert to Permanent.
