Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Mentorship: Lead and mentor clinical staff with authority, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality ABA therapy services.
- Assessment and Treatment Planning: Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and re-assessments for clients, analyzing data to inform treatment decisions and update client goals and treatment plans.
- Caseload Management: Manage a clinically sustainable caseload, ensuring that clients receive timely and effective services.
- Data Analysis: Analyze therapy team data, identifying trends and areas for improvement to inform treatment decisions.
- Parent Training and Support: Provide parents with top-notch training and constructive feedback, empowering them to support their child's progress.
- Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate seamlessly with other professionals, as needed, to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
- Competitive Salary: $70,000.00 to $75,000.00 per year.
- Incentive Bonus: Up to $750 per month.
- Eligible Benefits: Optional health, dental, and vision insurance plans, robust 401(k) with a 4% match, life insurance coverage, generous PTO package, and 6 paid holidays.

- Relocation Assistance: Available on a case-by-case basis.
- BCBA Certification: Possession of a BCBA certificate and license (if required in the state of practice).
- Commitment to Excellence: Unwavering commitment to adhering to company and BACB guidelines and policies.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience working with children or children with disabilities, minimum 1 year of Applied Behavior Analysis experience, and previous BCBA experience is a plus.
- Education: Master's level degree.
