Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Operations Manager to join our team at Wound and Burn Centers of America in Los Angeles. This is a unique opportunity to work with a growing global brand and contribute to the success of our organization.

As an Administrative Operations Manager, you will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative, organizational, and managerial duties. Your primary goal will be to support the executive's office and oversee the daily operations of our medical practice.

Responsibilities
  • Act as an administrative assistant and manage the executive's calendar
  • Perform bookkeeping tasks and maintain accurate records
  • Oversee the daily operations of the medical practice, ensuring seamless workflow and efficient communication
  • Hire, train, and supervise staff members, providing guidance and support when needed
  • Order products and maintain inventory levels, ensuring timely delivery and availability
Requirements
  • Prior experience in executive administration or management is preferred
  • A strong ability to communicate effectively (verbal and written) and provide excellent customer service
  • Excellent organizational and managerial skills, with a focus on efficiency and productivity
  • Proficiency in computer software (PC and Mac), with knowledge of relevant applications and tools
  • A punctual and professional demeanor, with a commitment to maintaining a positive work environment
Compensation

The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a competitive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for growth and development.
