Job Title: RN - PACU - Part Time

At Mercy Hospital Washington, we are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) and Post-Anesthesia Care Units (PACU) team.

About the Role:

We are a high-energy unit that provides care for patients during the peri-operative process. Our team is committed to delivering exceptional patient care and working collaboratively to improve processes and outcomes.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care in the ASC and PACU settings
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and satisfaction
  • Float between two facilities to gain diverse experience and skills in peri-operative care
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program
  • Current RN license in the hiring state and/or compact licensure
  • 2 years or more of acute care experience
  • BLS certification or successful completion within 30 days of hire
