Key Responsibilities:- Assist with the preparation and dispensing of medications for both inpatients and outpatients.
- Manage the pharmacy log and ensure accurate and timely refill requests.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients, answering questions and addressing concerns regarding medications.
- Collaborate with medical teams to ensure seamless medication management and patient care.
- Perform computer entry of prescription information, including patient search, prescriber search, and insurance billing.
- Current or recent experience working in a veterinary pharmacy or related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Proficiency in computer software and systems, including EzyVet.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
