About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and maintain demos and examples that highlight the benefits of Confluent
  • Collaborate with product and product marketing teams to develop technical content plans
  • Author technical blogs, whitepapers, and reference architectures on Confluent solutions and Apache Kafka
  • Conduct workshops, webinars, and other hands-on events to showcase Confluent
  • Engage with technical influencers and contributors to promote Confluent and Apache Kafka
  • Evangelize solutions to common use cases and identify product gaps inhibiting GTM success
Requirements
  • Experience in technical marketing, software development, solutions architecture, or a related field
  • Ability to write high-quality code samples and mini-applications
  • Knowledge of Apache Kafka, distributed systems, and fully managed cloud infrastructure
  • Curiosity to stay up-to-date on the latest technologies related to Confluent and streaming data
  • Practical experience with cloud architectures and fully managed cloud services
