Job Summary

Pape Material Handling Inc is seeking a skilled Periodic Maintenance Technician to join our team in Fife, WA. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for performing periodic maintenance on a variety of rental construction equipment, including boom lifts, scissor lifts, telehandlers, forklifts, and portable power equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks on rental equipment, including oil changes, filter replacements, and tire rotations.
  • Conduct minor repairs, such as replacing lights, belts, and hoses, to ensure equipment is in good working condition.
  • Inspect equipment to identify potential issues and perform preventative maintenance to minimize downtime.
  • Collaborate with other technicians to ensure efficient and effective maintenance operations.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
Requirements
  • 1 or more years of experience servicing electric and internal combustion lift trucks and construction equipment.
  • Self-motivated and assertive attitude.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Ability to work under little or no supervision.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
  • Must have own tools.
