Aston Carter is looking for a skilled Portfolio Analyst to join our team. This role requires a keen eye for detail, proficiency in Excel, and a minimum of two years of experience in administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive data analysis on our primary systems to uncover potential risks and control weaknesses, and generate insightful trend analysis reports.
  • Define the audit scope, develop the audit program, and select suitable auditing methods and examination techniques.
  • Execute audit tasks that involve thorough research and analysis of the organization's policies and procedures, along with the assessment and selection of the appropriate audit strategies, methodologies, and sampling criteria based on professional judgment.
  • Carry out risk-based operational, financial, and compliance audits through active engagement in assigned audit activities.

Required Skills:

  • Expertise in portfolio analysis, data reporting, reconciliation, and auditing.
  • Proficient in Excel, including pivot tables and data management.

Additional Qualifications:

  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and proactive approach.
  • At least two years of experience in administrative or data entry roles.
