One Tech Engineering is seeking a Civil Transportation Specialist to join our team. This role involves overseeing and managing various transportation projects, ensuring compliance with local and state regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with team members to refine and implement DOT CAD standards and procedures.
- Deliver design solutions for state transportation initiatives, including Local Road Improvement Programs and bridge projects.
- Guide and mentor junior engineers involved in transportation assignments.
- Foster relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Participate in industry seminars, workshops, and professional development opportunities.
- Engage with other engineering disciplines within the organization.
- Proactively enhance the visibility and impact of the Transportation Team.
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering and a Professional Engineer (PE) license.
- A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in transportation engineering.
- Familiarity with the WisDOT FDM Process.
- Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D is advantageous.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
