Join Our Team as a Patient Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Patient Service Representative. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and support in the North Central area of Wisconsin.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver, fit, and instruct patients on orthopedic durable medical equipment (DME) to assist in their recovery following injury or surgery.
  • Communicate with patients regarding benefit coverage information and provide quality care.
  • Collect patient payments and submit accurate delivery documents in a timely manner.
  • Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality.

Requirements:

  • Superb time management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to operate a computer, smartphone, and tablet.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds independently.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive full benefit package for full-time eligible staff, including 401(K) match, company-paid life and short-term disability, paid holidays, birthday, and additional paid time off.
  • Choice of insurance medical plans, vision, and/or dental coverage.
  • Full-time compensation ranging from $36,000 to $45,000 annually, based on knowledge, skills, abilities, education, and experience.
