Job Title: Housekeeping

At Equity LifeStyle Properties, we are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Housekeeping professional to join our team. As a Housekeeper, you will play a vital role in ensuring our resorts are clean, tidy, and welcoming for our guests.

Responsibilities:
  • Clean and maintain resort offices, clubhouses, public access areas, and models to the highest standards.
  • Prepare cabins and rentals for new guests by cleaning and ensuring they are ready for occupancy.
  • Keep rentals and common areas clean and well-maintained, adhering to our high standards.
  • Monitor and manage cleaning supply inventory, requesting refills as needed.
  • Report any maintenance concerns or issues to the Resort Manager or Maintenance Supervisor.
  • Assist the maintenance staff and other staff members as needed.
  • Participate in cleaning up resort-sponsored guest activities and functions.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • One to three years of experience in a housekeeping role.
  • Knowledge of cleaning supplies and products.
  • Previous housekeeping experience is a plus.
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Valid driver's license, good driving record, and current auto insurance.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Willingness to work weekends and holidays as needed.
