Housekeeping Associate

At Equity LifeStyle Properties, we are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Housekeeping Associate to join our team. As a Housekeeping Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring that our resorts are clean and tidy, providing a five-star experience for our guests.

• Clean and maintain resort offices, clubhouses, public access areas, and models, including mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and removing trash.
• Prepare cabins and rentals for new guests by cleaning and sanitizing them.
• Keep rentals and common areas clean and maintain them to our high standards.
• Monitor and manage cleaning supply inventory, requesting refills as needed.
• Report any maintenance concerns to the Resort Manager or Maintenance Supervisor.
• Assist the maintenance staff and other team members as needed.
• Participate in cleaning up resort-sponsored guest activities and functions.
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to guest inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Solve guest-related problems and address conflicts with a positive attitude.
• May drive a motorized vehicle to run errands and/or pick up supplies as needed.
• Work closely with management and the management staff to maintain open communications and ensure a coordinated team effort.
