Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in scheduling and coordinating the duties of on-site staff to ensure seamless day-to-day operations
  • Address tenant concerns and needs in a timely and professional manner, providing exceptional customer service
  • Assist in performing regular property inspections to ensure high standards of maintenance and upkeep, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions
  • Follow proper tenant intake procedures to ensure seamless onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition for new tenants
  • Ensure accurate and timely management of finances and resources, maintaining a high level of financial acumen
  • Develop and implement effective marketing campaigns to drive occupancy and revenue growth, leveraging industry trends and best practices
Requirements:
  • 1+ year of property management experience, preferably in a similar role, with a proven track record of success
  • Proficiency in YARDI property management software, or similar systems, with the ability to learn and adapt quickly
  • Certification in property management, such as Certified Property Manager or Certified Apartment Manager, is a plus, demonstrating a commitment to professional development
  • Proficient in MS Office Package and other relevant software, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies
  • Valid driver's license and proof of automobile insurance, with a clean driving record
Physical Requirements:
  • Frequent bending, stooping, and reaching in all directions, with the ability to lift up to 25lbs
  • Repetitive use of hands and fingers entering data using a keyboard, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Standing for extended periods of time, with the ability to walk for extended periods to inspect units
Education:

High School Diploma or equivalent required, with a strong foundation in business and property management principles
