Key Responsibilities:- Accurately and efficiently draw blood samples from patients
- Prepare specimens for laboratory testing
- Interact with patients in a friendly and professional manner
- Ensure a safe and comfortable experience for all patients
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Medical training (medical assistant or paramedic) preferred
- Phlebotomy certification preferred (Required in California, Nevada, and Washington)
- Minimum of 6 months experience in phlebotomy
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
