We are seeking a skilled Medical Care Specialist to join our team, responsible for administering medications and providing support to residents in our memory care community. Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer medications to residents in accordance with their individual care plans.
  • Provide support and assistance to residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Monitor residents' vital signs and report any changes or concerns to healthcare professionals.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized care plans.

Requirements:
  • H.S. Diploma or equivalent required; certification as a Medication Aide or Certified Nursing Assistant preferred.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English; bilingualism an asset.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Physical stamina to perform duties that involve standing, walking, and lifting.
