About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior E-Discovery Paralegal to join our fast-paced legal team. This is a unique opportunity to work on complex commercial litigation cases, leveraging your expertise in e-discovery and construction law.

Key Responsibilities
  • E-Discovery Process Management: Manage all facets of the e-discovery process, including identification, preservation, collection, processing, review, and production of Electronically Stored Information (ESI).
  • Advanced Software Utilization: Utilize advanced features in Relativity and Reveal software for review and production of ESI.
  • Support to Attorneys: Assist attorneys in preparing for depositions, mediations, arbitrations, trials, etc., which includes preparing exhibits, witness binders, and other supporting documents.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Liaise with IT department and external vendors to ensure efficient and effective e-discovery processes.
  • Research and Analysis: Conduct complex legal research, gather relevant information, and prepare reports as needed.
  • Document Review: Analyze and review various documents related to construction law and complex commercial litigation.
  • Compliance and Confidentiality: Ensure compliance with legal standards and regulations, and handle highly sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and integrity.
Requirements
  • Experience: A minimum of 3-6 years of experience in complex commercial litigation is required.
  • Paralegal Experience: At least 2 years of experience as a paralegal, preferably within the construction law domain.
  • E-Discovery Skills: Proficiency in e-discovery processes and tools, including Reveal and Relativity software.
  • Education: A bachelor's degree in law, paralegal studies, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of complex cases and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines, high level of professionalism and confidentiality, and strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
