The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in insurance defense law, practice management, time/billing, and discovery management software. Key Responsibilities

* Analyze medical records and prepare chronologies
* Draft form discovery and prepare form motions
* Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
* Coordinate with experts and schedule IMEs
* Summarize depositions and conduct social media searches
* Prepare HIPAA authorizations and subpoena requests
* Manage billing and comply with client guidelines
* Supervise a team of support staff

Requirements

* 5+ years of experience in insurance defense law
* Strong analytical and communication skills
* Ability to multitask and work under pressure
* Bachelor's degree and/or paralegal certification
