Position Overview:
The Regional Sales Supervisor is a temporary role, overseeing the management of multiple retail locations (approximately 3 stores). This position encompasses all facets of store operations, including sales performance, payroll management, recruitment, training, employee relations, expense oversight, inventory control, and related responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the construction, launch, operation, and dismantling of assigned retail locations.
  • Ensure optimal sales performance and adherence to budgetary constraints.
  • Recruit, train, and develop staff to enhance team effectiveness.
  • Monitor and control operational expenses and inventory shrinkage.

Qualifications:
Candidates must be at least 21 years of age, possess a flexible schedule, and have 2 to 5 years of experience in a supervisory role across multiple locations.

Physical Requirements:
The role necessitates standing, walking, and climbing ladders for extended periods, as well as lifting and moving items weighing up to 50 pounds.
