Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to departments and senior executives
  • Verify customer purchase orders for accuracy and completeness of information
  • Contact customers directly if there are questions regarding customer information, pricing, delivery, and other concerns
  • Enter orders into ERP system for processing and proof data entry documents for accuracy

The successful candidate will also maintain the Customer Service Discrepancy Claims Log, update information in the company database as required, answer phones, screen, and direct incoming calls or visitors to the appropriate individual or department, sort and distribute inter-office mail, and participate in company community relations activities as directed.
