We are seeking a highly skilled Business Office Operations Coordinator to join our team at Aspire Health Group. This is a dynamic role that requires strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to analyze complex financial data.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process daily cash receipts and deposits accurately and efficiently.
  • Prepare and post entries in the accounting system, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
  • Develop and maintain effective communication with residents, family members, and payors to resolve any issues promptly.
  • Analyze account activity, calculate interest, and prepare reports as needed.
  • Generate timely billing and claims, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure month-end close is completed accurately and on time.
Qualifications
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a two-year degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of three years of bookkeeping or accounting experience is necessary, with healthcare experience being an advantage.
