Business Office Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Business Office Operations Coordinator to join our team. This role plays a critical part in the success of our business office operations, ensuring seamless execution of daily tasks and responsibilities.
About the Role:
This position involves various key duties:
•Record and deposit cash receipts: Accurately tracking and processing daily cash transactions
•Maintain accurate financial records: Ensure timely posting of entries in our accounting system
•Communicate with residents and stakeholders: Build strong relationships through effective communication
•Analyze account activity: Monitor and analyze account balances, interest calculations, and reports
•Generate billing and claims: Prepare and submit timely billing and claims for payment
•Closing procedures: Participate in month-end close activities and ensure accurate reporting
Qualifications:
We require:
• A high school diploma or equivalent, preferably a two-year degree
• At least three years of bookkeeping or accounting experience, preferably in the healthcare industry
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering excellent results
