Role Overview
  • Conduct daily assessments of Smart Drive, JJK Logs, and DEA Compliance.
  • Review ADP timecards for the retail team on a weekly basis.
  • Facilitate weekly training sessions with the retail team.
  • Supervise the daily operations of the retail team, which consists of over 12 drivers.
  • Continuously monitor driver routes and make necessary adjustments.
  • Lead weekly meetings focused on safety, compliance, and updates to standard operating procedures.
  • Train, mentor, and inspire team members, ensuring clear and constructive feedback.
  • Conduct daily debriefs and document team progress.
  • Ensure DEA compliance within the retail team.
  • Manage the fleet of vehicles and maintain driver records.
  • Address customer escalations, oversee hiring, training, and provide counseling to team members.
  • Accompany drivers to ensure adherence to performance standards.
  • Assist the Production Supervisor with inventory management and ordering supplies.
  • Maintain a status board with weekly performance metrics.
  • Engage in daily production meetings.
  • Perform other responsibilities as assigned by the facility manager.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Hazardous Waste management.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Familiarity with JJ Keller and DOT Compliance regulations.
  • Experience with Atlas Routing Software.
  • Ability to analyze and manage routing KPI metrics.
