JOB OVERVIEW:

Responsible for the safe collection and processing of high-quality specimens in accordance with established protocols. This role is vital in ensuring exceptional patient care and satisfaction.



KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Adhere to all specimen collection, labeling, transportation, and handling protocols.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through professional and ethical interactions.
  • Execute job duties efficiently and effectively.
  • Engage in achieving departmental objectives and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Perform necessary clerical tasks as required.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
