Job Summary:

The Registered Nurse is responsible for providing high-quality home health clinical services. This role requires a skilled and compassionate individual who can deliver care with empathy and understanding.

Responsibilities:

  • Care for individuals based on personalized Plans of Care, ensuring timely and effective delivery of services.
  • Communicate with clients and families, providing detailed support and maintaining confidentiality.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records, adhering to local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Participate in agency performance improvement activities, staying informed about changes in the field of nursing and home health care.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on nursing experience required.
  • 2 to 4 years of clinical experience.
  • Wound Care experience a must. Proficiency in IV skills and blood draw, Central Line maintenance, and collection of laboratory specimens required.
  • Current unrestricted RN license in the State of Texas.
  • Experience with Infusions a must.
  • Experience performing nursing assessments.
  • Reliable car/auto insurance and Clean background and Criminal record.
  • Understands regulatory compliance with state and federal regulations.
  • Adhere to HIPAA and maintain client confidentiality.
