Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Mechanical Project Manager to lead our construction operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing large-scale precast construction projects from production to installed completion.

This role requires expertise in project planning, contracts, execution, and delivery, with a focus on quality, safety, and client satisfaction.

The successful candidate will participate in planning processes, work with subcontractors, and communicate project information to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in planning processes of projects from start of design to completion
  • Work with subcontractors through contract negotiation to execution of work
  • Communicate project information to ensure successful project delivery
  • Act as technical expert in field operations
  • Lead internal project reviews to determine project success

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management
  • 5-10 years of increasing responsibilities in a precast/pre-stressed or vertical construction management role
  • Familiar with IBC building codes, PCI, and ACI design requirements
  • Microsoft Office skills
