About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to join our office property management team at US AMR-Jones Lang LaSalle Americas, Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership to your team and deliver exceptional customer service to clients while managing an office portfolio.
  • Oversee all aspects of client and tenant satisfaction, ensuring a high level of service and retention.
  • Prepare budgets and financial reports, manage TI and/or capital improvement projects, and develop your staff.
  • Communicate effectively with building owners and tenants to ensure a successful and ongoing relationship.
  • Contribute to the establishment and refinement of work quality, cultural initiatives, and best practices to drive results as a team.
  • Develop and implement strategic and collaborative solutions to drive business growth and success.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required, advanced degree a plus.
  • Minimum of seven (7) years of commercial property management experience, including recent experience managing office property.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience preparing budgets, CAM reconciliations, and other types of related financial reports.
  • Familiarity with building systems, lease negotiation, documentation, and administration.
  • WA Real Estate License required.
  • Experience using a property management accounting platform, such as Yardi, Kardin, or MRI.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Proven track record of results in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Ability to think big, act decisively, and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to establish strong relationships with all levels of the organization and external clients.
  • Proficiency in the use and application of technology tools, with a willingness to continually develop your skillset.
