  • Maintain current knowledge of commercial credit procedures and support initiatives related to credit risk management.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • 7-10 years of experience in risk management, commercial credit assessment, and compliance.
  • In-depth understanding of risk management principles and relevant regulatory frameworks.
  • Exceptional organizational and analytical thinking capabilities.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities within stringent timelines.
  • Strong leadership qualities and effective communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree with a minimum of 10 years of experience in credit and compliance.
  • 10-12 years of risk management experience within the financial services sector.
  • Advanced certifications such as FRM or CFA.
  • Experience in project management.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as SAS.
