Your Responsibilities: Your mission is to create 'Raving Fans' among our Associates, Guests, Suppliers, Partners, and the Communities we serve.

Overview: We prioritize our Associates, who bring a positive attitude, innovative thinking, and a collaborative spirit to work. As a bartender, you will be responsible for crafting and serving top-notch cocktails and food promptly, while fostering positive guest interactions and maintaining a pristine bar environment. The bartender plays a crucial role in the restaurant's profitability by driving sales, adhering to company recipes, and ensuring accurate payment for all beverages served.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
  • Meets company standards in the preparation and presentation of cocktails while adhering to portion control for cost management.
  • Arrives on time as per the work schedule. Ensures uniform meets restaurant standards and is kept clean. Maintains high personal hygiene and cleanliness during shifts.
  • Exemplifies hospitality standards, addressing guest inquiries and managing requests and complaints with a focus on satisfaction.
  • Collaborates with management and colleagues to assist with various tasks as needed. Communicates improvement suggestions positively.
  • Adheres to all safety, health, and sanitation regulations as mandated by the restaurant. Reports unsafe conditions and utilizes materials and equipment appropriately.
  • Familiarizes oneself with emergency procedures within the restaurant.
  • Performs all duties and maintains knowledge of all standards and procedures as outlined in the associate handbook.
