Your role will involve organizing and executing events at various retail venues. Your primary objective will be to elevate our client's brand by planning and facilitating events on their behalf. We are looking for competitive Retail Wireless Consultants who can assist customers in identifying and acquiring the products they seek. Responsibilities include selling, restocking, and merchandising. Our aim is to provide outstanding customer service while contributing to the company's growth and revenue through effective sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through exceptional sales service.
  • Maintain excellent store conditions and visual merchandising standards.
  • Understand and respond to customers' needs and preferences.
  • Recommend and showcase products that align with customer requirements.
  • Stay informed about product details and updates.
  • Clearly articulate product features and benefits.
  • Comply with all company policies and procedures.

Essential Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in retail, sales, marketing, or customer service is preferred.
  • Ability to think critically and resolve issues effectively.
  • Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
  • Willingness to accept constructive feedback.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales and marketing environment.
  • A passion for engaging with people and comfort in face-to-face interactions.

Qualifications:

  • Must be 18 years or older to be considered for employment.
  • Reliable transportation is necessary – this is an on-site position.
  • Competitive nature and drive.
  • Team-oriented individual who is assertive, goal-driven, positive, and self-motivated.
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred but not mandatory.
  • High School diploma is required.
  • Desire to work in a dynamic, enjoyable, and fast-paced environment.
  • Strong multitasking abilities, including conversing while navigating our in-store marketing system.
  • High level of integrity.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
