Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Licensing Coordinator to join our team at National Youth Advocate Program. As a key member of our staff, you will play a critical role in supporting the well-being and success of our youth and families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide case management and advocacy services to youth and families, ensuring their needs are met and goals are achieved.
  • Collaborate with foster parents, community partners, and internal stakeholders to develop and implement effective service plans.
  • Conduct regular home visits and assessments to ensure the safety and well-being of youth in care.
  • Coordinate and monitor services, including mental health, medical, educational, and social services, to support youth and family success.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with foster parents, families of origin, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition for youth.
  • Participate in Continuous Quality Improvement activities to ensure the highest level of service delivery.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • FCB certification in case management or licensing is required.
  • 2 years of experience working in direct service with youth and families, preferably in a case management or licensing role.
  • Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and a good driving record.
  • Ability to work flexible and non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
