About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Hospice RN to join our team at Medical City Hospice & Family Care. As a Hospice RN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support to individuals and their families during the end-of-life journey.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care in accordance with physician orders, recognizing standards of practice and establishing company policies and procedures.
  • Follow the plan of care, provide treatments, and work collaboratively with the members of the team to help meet positive patient care outcomes.
  • Participate in coordination of hospice services, appropriately reporting the identified needs to the interdisciplinary group, including Hospice Aide, Director of Clinical Services –Hospice, and Chaplain.
  • Provide appropriate pain/symptom management.
Requirements
