Hospice Certified Nursing Assistant

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at Visiting Nurse & Community Care. As a Hospice Certified Nursing Assistant, you will provide high-quality care to patients in their homes, focusing on their physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.
Responsibilities:- Provide hands-on care to patients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist with daily living activities, such as feeding, toileting, and transferring
- Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team
- Support patients with their medication regimen and provide education on medication management
- Engage patients in activities that promote their physical, emotional, and social well-being
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the State of Massachusetts
- Experience working with hospice patients
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance
- Background check required
- Ability to provide professional references
- Must be able to speak and understand English
- Competitive hourly rate: $21.00
- Part-time schedule: Monday to Friday, with flexibility to accommodate patient needs
