Emergency Medical Technician

International SOS is a leading medical and security services company with a global presence. We are seeking a skilled Paramedic to join our team in Port Arthur, TX.
Job Summary:The Paramedic will provide emergency medical care to patients in a variety of settings, including industrial sites and emergency situations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in emergency medical services, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide emergency medical care to patients, including basic and advanced life support
- Operate ambulance equipment and respond to radio transmissions
- Coordinate with the team responding to an emergency
- Assist with minor medical cases and perform routine medical procedures
- Document and report observations and treatment provided
- Evaluate patient condition and perform preliminary diagnosis
- Establish patient goals and care plans within protocols
- Collaborate with medical providers and other healthcare staff
- Minimum of three years of paramedic experience
- Experience in a clinic setting (urgent care, emergency room, etc.)
- Occupational Medicine experience required
- Paramedic Texas State Certification
- ACLS and BLS certification
- Certified as a CPR Instructor
The Paramedic will work in a fast-paced environment, responding to emergency situations and providing medical care to patients. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
