Job Title: Senior Policy Management Analyst

At ANSER, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Policy Management Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our Washington Headquarters Service (WHS) Immediate Office, you will work closely with the Deputy Director, WHS to execute special projects that support the WHS mission.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide robust policy analysis on a broad range of topics, serving as an "honest broker" to senior executives across the DoD.
  • Research, organize, write, and edit staff packages, demonstrating superior ability to communicate verbally and in writing at the highest levels of government.
  • Conduct high-level analysis and effectively integrate analyses of complex factors, including accurate assessments of the institutional environment.
  • Propose solutions to complex business problems, leveraging broad experience and technical knowledge.
  • Assist in analyzing and developing improvement options for administrative functions, including human resources, budget development, and contract management.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in a relevant field of study plus at least 12 years' experience providing services to senior general/flag officer ranks and/or SES levels within the DoD.
  • Active Top Secret clearance required at date of hire.
  • Ability to provide on-site support in the Pentagon, Monday through Friday, during core business hours of 8am-4pm.
  • Highly proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite of applications, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
