About the Role

FabriFast LLC is seeking a skilled Assembler to join our dynamic team in Hartford, Wisconsin. As a key member of our production team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our sheet metal fabrication process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble components and parts to create finished products or subassemblies using a variety of machines and tools.
  • Perform visual inspections of parts and complete quality check sheets as required.
  • Problem-solve any discrepancies and review work orders and blueprints to ensure work is performed according to specifications.
  • Perform a variety of duties including, but not limited to assembly, and maintain a clean and safe 5S work environment.
Requirements
  • Problem-solve issues as required and ask for assistance when needed.
  • Follow all required safety regulations.
  • Have the ability to perform physical labor including lift, carry, and push/pull up to 50 lbs.
  • Have effective communication skills: fluent English reading, writing, speaking.
  • Knowledge of basic use of handheld power tools.
