Watchmaker Specialist

Bvlgari is seeking a skilled Watchmaker to fill a key role in our organization. As a Watchmaker, you will be responsible for performing professional and technical repairs and refurbishing of Bvlgari watches, while maintaining high standards of quality and adhering to deadlines.

• Service and troubleshoot complex watch problems for all timepieces, including quartz, mechanical, and chronograph movements.
• Repair and replace movements, gaskets, crystals, cases, and crowns, while demonstrating knowledge of how to set, adjust, and activate all functions of watches.
• Implement solutions for repair, such as timing adjustments and cleaning movements.
• Use repair tools and testing equipment, while maintaining a clean and organized workshop area.
• Ensure workshop compliance with health and safety requirements and maintain proper quality of service according to Bvlgari standards.

• 5+ years' experience in repairing and polishing high-end watches with sophisticated mechanical and quartz movements.
• Ability to analyze repair issues and prioritize work effectively.
• Focused on details, with clear and effective use of written and oral English and Spanish.
• Ability to work efficiently with time schedules and deadlines, while maintaining a keen team spirit.
