Watchmaker Specialist

Job Summary:

The Bulgari Watchmaker is responsible for performing high-quality repairs and refurbishments of luxury watches, adhering to strict deadlines. This role also serves as a technical advisor for product reparability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair complex watch issues for various timepieces, including quartz, mechanical, and chronograph movements.
• Utilize expertise to set, adjust, and activate watch functions, as well as repair or replace movements, gaskets, crystals, cases, and crowns.
• Implement solutions for repair, such as timing adjustments and cleaning movements.
• Operate repair tools and testing equipment with precision.
• Develop and maintain accurate technical estimates and processes.
• Ensure a clean and organized workshop area, adhering to company protocols for securing and storing merchandise.
• Maintain compliance with health and safety requirements.
• Deliver exceptional quality of service, meeting Bulgari standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in repairing and polishing high-end watches with complex mechanical and quartz movements.
• Ability to analyze repair issues and provide effective solutions.
• Strong attention to detail, prioritization skills, and commitment to quality.
• Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in written and oral English and Spanish.
• Ability to adapt to fluctuating work volumes and meet deadlines.
• Effective time management and organization skills.
