Job Summary

The Bulgari Watchmaker is responsible for performing complex repairs and refurbishments of high-end watches, ensuring timely completion and adherence to company standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Service and troubleshoot intricate watch problems, including quartz, mechanical, and chronograph movements.
  • Utilize expertise to set, adjust, and activate watch functions, as well as repair or replace movements, gaskets, crystals, cases, and crowns.
  • Implement solutions for repair, such as timing adjustments and cleaning movements.
  • Operate repair tools and testing equipment with proficiency.
  • Conduct accurate diagnoses and provide technical estimates.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workshop area, adhering to company protocols for securing and storing merchandise.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and deliver quality service according to Bulgari standards.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in repairing and polishing high-end watches with sophisticated mechanical and quartz movements.
  • Ability to analyze repair issues and prioritize work effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and a keen team spirit.
  • Fluency in written and oral English and Spanish.
  • Ability to adapt to fluctuations in work volume and meet deadlines.
