Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Corporate Partnership Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our partnerships team, you will be responsible for cultivating new public, corporate, and community partnerships to drive volunteer engagement and program support.
Key Responsibilities:- Cultivate strategic partnerships with local businesses, organizations, and community groups
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote our programs and services
- Recruit volunteers and families to participate in our mentoring programs
- Collaborate with the Senior Director of Partnerships to develop and manage the Leadership Council
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A four-year degree or equivalent experience
- Proven experience in volunteer management, customer service, and public speaking
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated technology skills, including MS Office and desktop publishing
