Sales Professional

Bourdon is seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to lead our team and drive business growth. As a sales representative, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with existing clients, identifying new business opportunities, and leading a small team to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Lead a small team to achieve sales targets and provide coaching and guidance as needed
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research and outreach
- Provide daily reporting of sales activity and team performance using Salesforce-based CRM
- Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate responsibilities
- Passion for sales and business development
- Experience with CRM systems and sales software
Licensing Requirements:
- Driver's License and ability to work in the U.S. are required
- Must have a clean background and own transportation
- 45-day minimum evaluation period before advancement
